DAT TEST FEES
The fee for the DAT test is $170. The fee includes,
- Submission of scores to five dental colleges opted by the candidate
- A personal copy of scores and
- A copy to Pre-dental advisor
The candidate must mention the five dental colleges he opts of in the registration form itself. For any scores that are requested for after the submission of the first and original form are charged $15 each. No fee is refundable or transferable. All payments must be made in the form of U.S. $ (Money orders or Certified Cheques) only. For online payments only valid credit cards like Visa and MasterCard will be accepted.
For candidates who are under utmost financial pressure a partial fee waiver of 50% is given. There are only limited seats under the fee waiver scheme. First come first served is the basis of giving away the fee waivers. This waiver is valid on the original fees. For scores beyond the original five scripts, a customary charge will be applied. Only written requests with a duly filled financial information form should be submitted along with a letter from the pre-dental advisor. The Dental Admission Testing Program will decide on the fee waiver. Anyone who has already taken a fee waiver once is not eligible for another.
For change of address, the candidate must submit a change of address written statement before the test is conducted. Details like Name, Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, Old address and the new address must be provided.
